Withdraw money from Pepeta: steps and limits

Open Menu, select Profile and choose Withdraw. Enter the amount, review the request and confirm. Pepeta lists a KSh 50 minimum and no operator withdrawal fee; network or system problems can delay a payment that would usually be processed immediately.

Read amount limits and payment status together

Start with the settled account balance

Before requesting a withdrawal, check the account you are using and the balance shown in Profile. A game animation, bet-slip message or promotion amount is not a substitute for the settled balance. If a result is unclear, identify that event before trying to withdraw an amount based on it.

Pepeta’s withdrawal instructions begin with sign-in, then Menu at the bottom right, Profile and Withdraw. Enter the amount and confirm the request. Keep the time and any confirmation or status message. Those details distinguish one request from another when asking for support.

Safaricom users also have the listed *457# USSD route. Follow the options presented for the account and transaction; do not infer SMS message commands from the existence of a USSD code. The M-Pesa page explains the mobile-money side of the process.

More than one amount limit can apply

The withdrawal FAQ sets a KSh 50 minimum. Another Pepeta account FAQ lists maximums of KSh 30,000 at a time, KSh 60,000 per hour and KSh 200,000 up to midnight. These are not interchangeable descriptions of one maximum.

A request that is within the per-transaction amount can still be affected by the hourly or midnight total. Review the amount offered in the account and any message explaining why a request cannot proceed. Do not split transactions to evade a restriction or assume a new game session resets an account limit.

If you need help understanding a rejection, provide the amount requested and the displayed message. A useful support description identifies the actual limit or status shown rather than simply saying that all withdrawals are unavailable.

Request a withdrawal

  1. Open the correct account

Sign in and check the balance in Profile. Make sure the account and number are the ones you intend to use.
  2. Choose Withdraw

From Menu, open Profile and then Withdraw.
  3. Enter an eligible amount

Check the minimum and the applicable request, hourly and midnight limits before confirming.
  4. Confirm and retain the request

Keep the amount, time and message associated with the request.
  5. Check the result

Compare the account request with the mobile-wallet receipt. Contact support about an unresolved delay rather than creating repeated requests.

Usually immediate does not mean guaranteed

Pepeta describes most withdrawals as processed instantly or immediately, with delays possible because of network or system issues. Its troubleshooting page specifically mentions M-Pesa maintenance or downtime. For M-Pesa withdrawals taking longer than 30 minutes, it gives 0712 788 888 as the support route.

Keep the account request and mobile-wallet receipt separate when checking progress. State whether a withdrawal request exists, whether the account balance changed and whether the wallet received a payment. Repeating the request without checking those records can create another question instead of resolving the first.

Pepeta lists no operator withdrawal fee. That does not establish a universal promise about every third-party payment charge. Read the amount and any fee shown for the transaction you are confirming, and ask about a discrepancy before accepting a new request.

Include the relevant evidence in a support query

Use the registered account number, request time, amount and exact status message to describe the issue. If the problem began with a game result, include the game and round details too. Do not send a password, mobile-money PIN or one-time code.

The listed contact numbers are 0712 788 888 and 0111 055 900. If you cannot sign in to inspect the request, begin with login help. If the account is restricted or its registered number has changed, explain that account issue rather than treating it as ordinary network delay.

Withdrawal before closure or self-exclusion

Pepeta’s written account-closure and self-exclusion policies ask for available funds to be withdrawn first. They also require identity details, the registered mobile number and a written request. If a withdrawal issue prevents that sequence, contact support about the funds and the closure or exclusion request together.

For account closure, use account help. For stopping access because of gambling difficulties, use responsible gambling. Avoid further bets while an exclusion request is being handled. The policy’s processing steps are not a reason to keep gambling while waiting.

If the money came from Aviator, the Aviator withdrawal page separates the round’s Cash Out control from this account process. The Pepeta homepage links the other account tasks.

Questions and answers

Does “no withdrawal fee” cover every mobile-money charge?
Pepeta states that it does not charge a withdrawal fee. That is the operator’s fee statement. Review any charge shown by the payment service for the specific transaction instead of assuming that every service connected to the transfer is free.
When should I contact support about M-Pesa?
Pepeta’s troubleshooting page directs withdrawals taking longer than 30 minutes to 0712 788 888 and mentions M-Pesa downtime or maintenance. Keep the amount and request time. This is an escalation instruction, not a guarantee of completion within 30 minutes.
Can I close the account while money is still in it?
Pepeta’s closure instructions ask customers to withdraw remaining funds before requesting closure and provide identity details in writing. If a withdrawal problem is preventing this, describe both issues to support. The account page explains the distinction from self-exclusion.
Is my game cash-out already a withdrawal?
No. A game cash-out settles the bet. The account’s Withdraw action requests money from the balance. For Aviator, retain the round details if the settlement is disputed; retain withdrawal details if the transfer itself is delayed.
