Account detailsPepeta · Kenya
Pepeta’s published reset sequence uses the registered phone number. If you have two SIMs or have recently changed numbers, confirm which one belongs to the account before requesting a code. The number used for a mobile-money payment is not a reason to guess a different account identity.
Keep the reset in the login flow you opened. The SMS OTP confirms that step; a person contacting you privately does not need it to provide general assistance. Enter it yourself and set a new password you do not share. Avoid saving the password on a shared device where another person could reopen the account.
If a code is missing, check the entered digits and whether the registered SIM can receive messages. Do not assume a missing message means the account has been deleted. Record the screen message and the time when asking for help.
Pepeta’s troubleshooting page says to contact 0712 788 888 when a login issue persists beyond five minutes. Explain whether the password is forgotten, the code has not arrived or the registered number is no longer accessible. That description is more useful than repeatedly starting new registrations.
If the account opens but a game fails, the password reset has a different scope from that game error. Use Aviator login help for the distinction, or account help for a restriction or number issue.
Open Menu and Profile to inspect the balance, and My Bets for relevant bet records. If you are returning because of a payment question, keep the transaction details and use withdrawal help or deposit help. A successful password reset does not itself resolve a disputed transaction.
Return to login for the ordinary sign-in steps or to the Pepeta homepage for another information page. If gambling control is the concern, use the self-exclusion process and avoid trying to restore play through a password change.
