Prepare the account without rushing into a payment
Have the registered phone available
The registration sequence is short, but the mobile number is more than a way to receive the first code. Pepeta also uses it for password recovery and identifies accounts by their registered number in its account-closure and self-exclusion instructions. Choose a number you control and expect to keep using. If you are helping someone else read the form, let that person enter their own password and SMS code privately.
Before submitting, check the number, especially when switching between a Safaricom and an Airtel SIM. If an SMS has not arrived, verify the entered number and the phone’s ability to receive messages. Record the screen message if registration stops. Do not assume that an incomplete registration requires a deposit, and do not send money to a person who offers to complete verification for you.
If you recognise that you have used Pepeta before, pause the new-registration process. Use login or password-reset help for the existing account. Recovering the original account preserves the connection between its number, balance and earlier activity.

Registration, verification and funding have different purposes
SMS verification confirms the sign-up step involving the registered phone. It should not be treated as a guarantee that no further identity questions will arise. Pepeta’s responsible-gambling policy allows age checks and account suspension until adequate verification is provided. Follow the operator’s request for the actual account; do not send extra identity documents to an unrelated website or to someone contacting you privately about a bonus.
Funding happens later through the deposit menu. M-Pesa, Airtel Money and Cashia are named there, with separate instructions for each method. The deposit page explains those choices. For a first payment, review the amount and recipient before confirming. Keep the mobile-money confirmation and inspect the Pepeta balance. The registration date can start an offer window
Pepeta’s Aviator welcome terms count the registration day as the first of five eligible days. For each qualifying day, the customer must place ten qualifying real-money Aviator bets: at least KSh 10 each, with a losing result or a cash-out multiplier of 2.00x or higher. Free bets, voided bets and successful cash-outs at 1.99x or lower do not count.
The reward is five KSh 10 free bets credited on the following day after the daily qualification is met. Missing a day leaves the remaining days in the original window; it does not restart the five-day period. The awards expire within 24 hours of crediting, and only their winnings are returned. These conditions make the registration date relevant, but they are not a reason to rush or increase spending. The offer can be withdrawn and is subject to availability. Keep the account usable and private
Use the app or browser that suits your device, keeping the same registered details. Sign out on shared devices and do not leave the password saved where someone else can open the account. A change of device, an installation update and an account password reset are separate actions; completing one does not automatically require the others.
If you later decide to stop using Pepeta, the account page explains the written closure request and how the remaining balance fits into that process.
