Use M-Pesa with Pepeta in Kenya

For an M-Pesa deposit, sign in to Pepeta, select Deposit, choose M-Pesa and enter the amount. Safaricom users can also use the listed *457# USSD route. Check the recipient and confirmation before paying, then compare the transaction with the account balance.

Separate the mobile-money record from the game result

Begin in the Pepeta account or the named Safaricom route

Pepeta’s deposit menu lists M-Pesa, Airtel Money and Cashia. For M-Pesa, sign in, open Deposit, select the method and enter the amount. Review the payment request before confirming it. Keep the mobile-money PIN inside the relevant payment interface and do not send it to anyone offering account help.

Safaricom users also have the listed USSD code *457# and PayBill 779900. Those are alternatives for the payment task, not different Pepeta accounts. Use the instructions shown for your transaction, especially the recipient and account reference. The PayBill page addresses that reference question specifically.

If you use more than one phone number, take care to open the Pepeta account you intended to fund. The registered number is also used for password recovery. An account that appears empty may require an identity check before it requires another payment. Use login help when you cannot open the expected account.

Follow the money in the right order

For a deposit, the two records to compare are the mobile-money confirmation and the Pepeta balance credit. Keep the transaction reference, amount and time. A support query should state whether M-Pesa confirmed the transfer and whether the correct Pepeta account shows it.

For a withdrawal, start with the account balance and the request created through Menu → Profile → Withdraw. Check the result of that request and the corresponding mobile-wallet receipt. These are different records from a game’s cash-out message. A flight successfully cashed out in Aviator settles the bet; it does not itself complete a mobile-money withdrawal.

Do not repeat a deposit or withdrawal merely because the display has not changed immediately. First establish whether a request or transfer already exists. Repeating it can create another transaction while leaving the first question unresolved. The withdrawal page explains the request limits and the support details to retain.

Pepeta’s troubleshooting instructions say to contact 0712 788 888 when a withdrawal takes over 30 minutes.

Understand the published withdrawal limits together

Pepeta lists a KSh 50 minimum withdrawal. Its deposit and bonus FAQ also lists maximums of KSh 30,000 at a time, KSh 60,000 per hour and KSh 200,000 up to midnight. These refer to different scopes. Meeting the per-request maximum does not remove the hourly or midnight ceiling.

The account’s withdrawal screen is the place to review the request you are making. Pepeta lists no operator withdrawal fee and describes processing as usually immediate, while allowing network or system delays. Its troubleshooting page mentions M-Pesa downtime and asks customers to contact support if a withdrawal takes longer than 30 minutes.

Keep that threshold separate from a promise of completion. When contacting 0712 788 888, state the amount, request time and message, plus whether the mobile wallet has received anything. Avoid including passwords, mobile-money PINs or OTPs.

Reconcile an M-Pesa payment

  1. Check the request

Confirm the amount and recipient in the flow you initiated.
  2. Keep the confirmation

Retain the M-Pesa transaction reference and time after payment.
  3. Review Pepeta

Sign in to the intended account and check Profile for the balance.
  4. Describe a mismatch

If the records disagree, tell support the direction, amount, time and reference. Avoid sending a second payment until the first is understood.

Use the game page for the next decision

Once funding is reflected in the account, choose the casino or exact game and read its controls before staking. The Aviator M-Pesa page focuses on funding that game and separating a flight result from a transfer. A payment method does not change the game rules or make losses recoverable.

If you are considering a deposit because of an offer, read the bonus conditions before sending money. For the broad account routes, return to the Pepeta homepage. For a pause or exclusion, use responsible-gambling help instead of another funding action.

Questions and answers

Is a PayBill deposit the same as a withdrawal request?
No. A PayBill payment sends funds to the listed recipient. A Pepeta withdrawal starts from the account’s Withdraw action. Do not send money to the PayBill as a way to request money out of the account.
Does Pepeta charge a withdrawal fee?
Pepeta’s withdrawal FAQ says it does not charge a withdrawal fee. That statement concerns the operator’s fee; inspect any charges shown by the payment service for the transaction you are carrying out. It does not make every mobile-money service free.
What if an M-Pesa withdrawal is delayed?
The troubleshooting FAQ mentions M-Pesa maintenance or downtime and directs withdrawals delayed more than 30 minutes to 0712 788 888. Keep the request amount and time. The 30-minute threshold is a support instruction, not a guaranteed payment deadline.
Can I use the same M-Pesa instructions for Cashia?
No. Cashia has a separate payment page and five-minute link described in Pepeta’s deposit FAQ. Choose the service actually shown in your deposit request. The deposit page explains the method-specific distinctions.
