Get back to the right account
Check the account before changing the password
A login failure can begin with the wrong mobile number. Pepeta registration uses a Kenyan Safaricom or Airtel number; a phone containing two SIMs can make it easy to enter the other one. Match the number to the account you intend to use before requesting a reset. Keep the SIM available so that you can receive a recovery message if needed.
If the number is correct and you have forgotten the password, use password reset. The reset starts from Forgot Password below the phone-number and password fields, asks for the registered number and sends an OTP. A new password is entered after the code. Registration is a separate process for a new customer, not a repair for an existing login.
Sign in to your existing account
Open Login
Open Pepeta and select Login. Keep the account’s registered phone number ready.Enter your details
Enter that phone number and your password. Check the number before submitting, especially if you use more than one SIM.Review the account
After sign-in, open Menu and Profile to check the account balance. Use the casino or game menu for play; a successful login does not itself place a bet.
Account access and game loading are different problems
After signing in, you can open the casino or Aviator. If the account is open but a game displays an error, record the game name and message. Changing the account password is unlikely to address a game loading problem. Avoid sending a fresh payment merely to see whether the game will begin working.
Choose the right account action
- Existing account
- Login uses the registered mobile number and password.
- Forgotten password
- Forgot Password starts an SMS OTP reset.
- Persistent login issue
- Pepeta’s troubleshooting page directs unresolved login problems to 0712 788 888 after five minutes.
For a persistent login problem, Pepeta’s troubleshooting instructions give 0712 788 888 as the contact number. Include the time, device and exact message when explaining the problem. If you have changed number or cannot receive messages, describe that explicitly. Support needs to distinguish a credential problem from loss of access to the account’s phone number.
When sign-in does not work
Check the number
Confirm that the number entered is the one used to register, not a second SIM or a new number.Recover a forgotten password
Choose Forgot Password, enter the registered number and follow the SMS instructions. Do not guess passwords repeatedly.Separate a page error from a password error
If the page does not load, note the message and try reopening it. Resetting a password cannot fix a page that has not loaded.Ask for account help
For a persistent problem, contact Pepeta support with the registered number, error message and time. Keep passwords and OTPs private.
Keep restrictions and safer-play requests intact
A self-excluded or otherwise restricted account needs the appropriate account process. Do not try to bypass a restriction by registering again. The account page separates ordinary account closure from self-exclusion. You can return to the Pepeta homepage for navigation after resolving the account issue.
