How to deposit into a Pepeta account

Sign in, open Deposit at the top right and choose M-Pesa, Airtel Money or Cashia. Enter the amount and review the payment request before confirming. Keep the mobile-money confirmation until the Pepeta balance shows the matching credit.

Confirm the payment before repeating it

Use the account’s payment menu first

Pepeta’s deposit instructions begin with sign-in and the Deposit action at the top right. The method list names M-Pesa, Airtel Money and Cashia. Select the service you use, enter an amount and read the confirmation before approving it. This keeps the account and payment method attached to one visible transaction.

If a payment request appears without a deposit you recognise, stop and review what you opened. A logo or a familiar brand name alone should not decide whether to approve an amount. Check the account, amount and recipient in the actual flow. A person offering a bonus does not need your mobile-money PIN or your Pepeta password to explain an offer.

The M-Pesa page focuses on that payment service. For Safaricom users, Pepeta also lists *457# and PayBill 779900. The PayBill page explains why the account reference should be taken from the current payment instructions rather than from a remembered message.

Cashia uses a time-limited payment page

For Cashia, Pepeta’s FAQ says to select Cashia from Deposit and enter the amount. The account then redirects to a Cashia page with a link that expires in five minutes. The flow asks for the Cashia PIN, displays the Cashia balance and selected payment amount, and then gives a payment confirmation.

Read the amount before confirming. If the page has expired, return to the deposit flow. First check whether the previous transaction completed; an expired display and a failed payment are not automatically the same event. Keep the payment confirmation and the Pepeta balance record together when asking for help.

A confirmation and an account credit are separate records

The deposit FAQ describes funds as credited instantly. Treat that as the expected processing behaviour, not a guarantee that every network and payment request will complete without delay. The useful check is whether the payment-service confirmation matches a credit in the correct Pepeta account.

Proof of payment
Keep the amount, time and transaction confirmation for a missing-credit query.

If it does not, avoid sending the same amount again as a test. Review the number or account used, the time, amount and reference, then contact Pepeta support on 0712 788 888 or 0111 055 900. State whether the mobile-money service confirmed the payment and whether the Pepeta balance changed. Those two facts help distinguish a payment that did not complete from a completed payment awaiting account credit.

Keep a support request focused on that transaction. Do not include the PIN, password or SMS OTP. For an account that will not open, use login help first; otherwise the missing balance may simply be in a different account from the one you are viewing.

Decide what the deposit is for before sending it

Funding makes money available to the account; it does not require you to stake it immediately. Choose the casino game and read its rules before placing a bet. Aviator’s cash-out controls and a slot’s spin button carry different decisions. The Aviator M-Pesa page explains the transition from funding to that game.

Make one deposit and check its result

  1. Sign in

Use the Pepeta account intended to receive the funds. Check the account identity before opening Deposit.
  2. Choose the method

Select the payment service you actually use. Read the instructions in that method’s payment screen.
  3. Review the amount

Enter the amount and check the recipient and confirmation details. Do not approve a request you did not initiate.
  4. Confirm through the payment service

Complete the method’s own confirmation. Keep a PIN in the payment interface; do not send it to a support contact.
  5. Check the account credit

Compare the payment confirmation with the Pepeta balance. If they disagree, keep the reference and ask about that transaction before trying again.

If the reason for depositing is a promotion, read the named offer first. The Aviator welcome rules count qualifying real-money bets within the registration window; a deposit itself is not the daily ten-bet qualification. Money used to qualify can be lost. The bonus page separates that offer from other campaigns.

Set the amount you can afford to lose independently of a promotion or a previous loss. For money leaving the account, use the separate withdrawal instructions. If gambling is becoming difficult to control, go to responsible gambling instead of making another payment.

Open the account, select the method and review the payment instructions before confirming an amount.

Questions and answers

Does a deposit automatically earn Aviator free bets?
The Aviator welcome offer requires qualifying real-money bets during a five-day registration window. Funding the balance alone does not meet that daily condition. Read the welcome-bet rules before treating a payment as qualification.
Can I use Cashia after the link expires?
Pepeta’s deposit FAQ describes a Cashia link that expires after five minutes. Return to the account’s Deposit flow for the method offered there instead of repeatedly using an expired payment page. Check whether an earlier payment completed before starting another.
What should I retain if the balance is missing?
Keep the amount, payment time, service used, transaction reference and the message shown by Pepeta. A screenshot can help describe the error, but passwords, PINs and OTPs should not be included in a support message.
Are deposit and withdrawal limits the same?
Do not carry a withdrawal limit into the deposit form. Pepeta lists specific withdrawal limits separately, while the payment screen controls the deposit request. See withdrawal help when the direction is money leaving the account.
