Aviator can have two bet positions on the same flight. One can settle while the other remains open or loses. Review the result for the position involved, together with its stake and multiplier, before deciding what should be in the balance. An image of a high multiplier does not show that your own bet successfully cashed out at it.
If the screen froze or the result is unclear, note the round time, game name and amount. Inspect the settled account record before placing another stake. Repeating a bet is not a way to test whether the previous result was paid. The Aviator rules explain the control sequence.
For an awarded welcome bet, the return calculation differs from a real-money stake: the welcome terms return winnings without the free-bet stake value. Keep the nominal reward and the actual settled winnings separate. The free-bet page explains expiry, qualifying play and the reward’s terms.
| Method | Details | Deposits | Withdrawals | Currency |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Aviator settlement | The game result belongs to a particular round and bet position. | Not a deposit | Before payout request | KES |
| Account withdrawal | A transfer request starts after you review the account balance. Pepeta lists a KSh 50 minimum, no operator withdrawal fee and separate per-request and time-window limits. | Not a deposit | Account payout | KES |
| Compare the request with the mobile-wallet result. | Compare funding record | Compare payout record | KES |
After checking the balance, open Menu, Profile and Withdraw. Enter the amount and review the request before confirming. The withdrawal FAQ sets a KSh 50 minimum and says Pepeta does not charge an operator withdrawal fee. The account’s payment screen is the place to review the transaction you are actually requesting.
The wider account FAQ lists maximums of KSh 30,000 at a time, KSh 60,000 per hour and KSh 200,000 up to midnight. These cover different periods. A game win does not remove them, and opening a new Aviator round is not a reset of an account withdrawal limit.
If the request is refused, keep the exact message. Ask about the request amount and the stated reason rather than assuming the game result disappeared. The general withdrawal page provides the full account process, while account help handles number changes, restrictions and closure.
Pepeta describes withdrawals as usually immediate and allows for network or system delays. Its troubleshooting instructions mention M-Pesa maintenance or downtime and direct delays longer than 30 minutes to 0712 788 888. That threshold tells you when to ask for help; it does not guarantee every transfer within a fixed number of minutes.
For a transfer query, retain the request time, amount and status, then state whether the mobile wallet received a payment. For a game query, retain the round details. Include both only when both are relevant. This makes it possible to explain that a game settled correctly but a transfer remains missing, or that the balance itself is still disputed.
Keep the registered number available, but do not disclose passwords, mobile-money PINs or SMS OTPs. If account access has failed, use login help before attempting new requests. If the deposit rather than withdrawal is missing, use Aviator M-Pesa.
There is no need to keep gambling while waiting for an account query. Do not place more bets to recover a delay, a loss or an expected promotional amount. The outcome of a new round is a different financial risk from the unresolved transaction.
If you want to close the account, Pepeta’s instructions ask for remaining funds to be withdrawn before the written request. Its self-exclusion policy also links the process to remaining funds and identity details. Contact support about any payment that prevents this sequence, and avoid further bets while an exclusion request is being handled.
Use responsible-gambling help for the exclusion process and the homepage for the wider account routes. This page concerns money leaving the account after Aviator; the game overview covers the product itself.
