Pepeta bonuses and free bets: read the named offer

Start with the campaign name

Pepeta’s account FAQ points customers to Menu → Promos to claim a free bet, with opt-in or qualifying requirements depending on the offer. The campaign name is important because welcome bets, game-chat promotions and slot features do not share one set of conditions.

Read the eligible game and customer group before making a payment or placing a stake. A promotion for a new customer is not automatically available to an existing account, and an Aviator promotion does not become a JetX or live-roulette reward because the games are in the same casino.

Aviator welcome bets use a daily qualification

The welcome offer gives new customers an opportunity to earn five KSh 10 free bets for a qualifying day during the first five days after registration. The registration date counts as day one. The full maximum, 25 bets, depends on all five days qualifying.

A qualifying day requires ten real-money Aviator bets of at least KSh 10 each, settled either as a loss or as a successful cash-out at 2.00x or above. Successful cash-outs at 1.99x or below are excluded, as are awarded free bets and voided or cancelled bets. The qualifying bets need to fall between 00:00 and 23:59 in the same day.

Credit and expiry happen after qualification

The daily award is credited the next day after qualification; the offer description gives 2pm local time. The free bets expire within 24 hours of being credited. Count expiry from the credit, not from the moment you first notice the reward.

Only winnings from the awarded bet are credited, not the free-bet stake value. That means the nominal reward and withdrawable cash should not be treated as equal. Review the settled balance before making a withdrawal request.

The rules restrict the award to the first account when a customer has more than one account or registered number. They also allow the offer to be withdrawn and qualify its availability across devices and channels. The conditions shown with the named offer remain part of the decision.

Treat a game-chat campaign separately

Pepeta has described Aviator Rain campaigns that appear in live chat and require a claim action. Such a campaign has its own balance, activity, stake, reward and timing conditions. It should not be combined with the welcome offer’s five-day calculation.

Use the campaign displayed in the account to check its current terms. An old banner or an undated campaign total is not the amount available to claim now. If you are asking about a missing award, retain the campaign name, time and claim details as well as the relevant bet records.

A game feature is not necessarily an operator bonus

A slot can trigger free spins through its own rules, while an operator promotion can award spins under separate conditions. Read how the spins were obtained and how the game settles them. A familiar reward label does not remove the stake that was used before the feature triggered.

Keep qualification inside the original spending decision
